This 3D animation showcases the functionality and workflow of CARE XR, an extended-reality emergency-management system developed through South East European University in Tetovo. The software uses real-time 3D scene reconstruction, immersive visualization, and integrated sensor data to help first responders communicate, assess situations, and react faster during critical events such as earthquakes, wildfires, and floods. Designed to modernize crisis response, CARE XR enhances situational awareness and coordination, allowing emergency teams to make quicker, more informed decisions when every second counts.

The decision to work in 3D was driven by the creative freedom it offers, allowing the environment in each scene to be presented with full spatial depth and clarity.
